ncHMR detector is a comoutational framework for predicting non-classical fucntions of histone modification regulators (HMRs) and their cooperating cofactor candidates. This is a webserver for users to apply ncHMR detector to their own HMR ChIP-seq data to identify non-classical functions and potential cofactors. If the user provides a HMR's ChIP-seq peak file in 6 cell types (GM12878, K562, HeLa, HepG2, hESC, mESC) and select the corresponding arguments, the webserver will perform the prediction and update the webpage to show the prediction result after several minutes. Please check Tutorial and Demo for more details. Users can also utilize our software ncHMR_detector in GitHub to predict non-classical functions of HMRs.
