CondSigDB is a database that collects chromatin-associated biomolecular condensate prediction made by our computational framework, CondSigDetector.

CondSig

CondSigDetector predicts chromatin-associated biomolecular condensates by detecting genome-wide context-dependent collaborations of CAPs with high condensation potential, which we term Condensate-like chromatin-associated protein co-occupancy Signature (CondSig). The detected CondSigs can indicate both component CAPs and genomic loci of chromatin-associated biomolecular condensates simultaneously.

Dataset

We provide CondSigs identified in mouse embryonic stem cells and human K562 cells. You can check details in Data Browser and About.
